““Expertise isn’t just knowledge—it’s knowing how to meet a child where they are, and guide them forward with compassion.””

Hi, I’m Sophie. I’m a parent to two wonderful children, one of whom has Autism, and I’ve spent the past 18 years working with children across South London in children’s centres and nurseries. I have extensive experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEN), delivering speech and language support, and guiding families around behaviour and boundaries.
I’m fully qualified at Level 3 and above in childcare and education, hold an enhanced DBS certificate, and carry full public liability insurance (PLI). These credentials reflect my commitment to safe, professional, and high-quality support for families. I bring both lived experience and professional expertise to every consultation, helping parents feel confident, supported, and understood.

If you’d prefer to have two practitioners supporting you during your consultation, we’re happy to offer that option. This approach allows one specialist to focus on observing and engaging with your child, while the other concentrates on speaking with you as the parent—helping to pinpoint concerns, explore strategies, and offer tailored guidance. It’s a collaborative way to ensure both your child’s needs and your parenting questions are fully supported.
